Meet our founder Norvia Matthew, Assoc CIPD
With more than 17 years of experience, Norvia has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of HR. Throughout her career, she has worked across various industries, in both the private and public sector, including childcare, logistics, retail, and the NHS.
Norvia is driven by a passion for assisting individuals and organisations in reaching their maximum potential. She is dedicated to empowering managers to lead with compassion and support their teams, even in challenging situations.
Outside of work, she is busy raising hopefully the next NBA star and most weekends can be found cooking some delicious Jamaican dishes. She enjoys running and gardening as a way of relaxing.
